PREMIUM MAINTENANCE INSPECTION the following included: 21 step safety check and cleaning for AC
1. Clean contactor point for burned/pitted contacts2. Clean air conditioning exterior housing
3. Clean tree leaves inside condenser unit
4. Check condensate drain for blockage
5. Check air handler filters or replace (filter not included)
6. Check condenser fan motor operation
7. Inspect evaporator & condenser coils
8. Inspect contactor , time relay & wiring connector
9. Check and record suction and discharge pressures
10. Check and record running and starting amperages
11. Check for vibration and noise
12. Check condenser fan blades for tightness
13. Check blower belt for condition, tension and alignment
14. Check volts at unit under draw load & wiring connection
15. Check all bearing and motors
